Return Policy

We provide a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

 

Return Eligibility

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To begin a return, contact us at support@breezora. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (excluding international customers) and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

International Returns

 

Customers outside the United States must provide their own shipping labels for returns.

 

Returns During Transit

 

If you request a return while the item is still in transit, we will assess your case and issue a refund once the package status is confirmed.

Damages and Issues

 

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or there is a sizing issue. We will address the problem promptly. Please note that issues not reported within 14 days of receipt may not be accepted for return.

 

Exchanges

 

The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the one you have and make a new purchase after the return is approved.

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
